Destiny 2: Where is Xur and what is he selling, Aug. 5-9

Xur is the weekly Exotics item merchant and hangs out at random places around Destiny. You can also find In Destiny 2He is able to appear anywhere on the globe, including inside the Tower. This week you will find Xur. The EDZHanging out at the Bluff in the Winding Cove.

Xur’s inventory this week consists of the following:

• 29 Legendary Shards – Tractor Cannon, Heavy Void Shotgun
• Lucky pants, Hunter legs 23 Legendary Shards
• 23 Legendary Shards: Peacekeepers, Titan Legs
• 23 Legendary Shards, Aeon Soul Warlock Arms
• Exotic Emgram: 97 Legendary Shards. You can also purchase another Exotic Cipher.
• Exotic Cipher quest: free

Season of the Risen The Witch Queen, Xur sells a random roll of both Hawkmoon and Dead Man’s Tale each week.

Here’s what he’s selling this weekend:

• Hawkmoon Kinetic Hand Cannon (HipFire Grip), 125,000 Glimmer 200 Legendary Shards Exotic Cipher, Ascendant Shard
• Dead Man’s Tale, Kinetic scout rifle (Vorpal Weapon): 125,000 Glimmer, 200 Legendary Shards, Exotic Cipher, Ascendant Shard

Xur has also started selling an old collection of armor and weapons similar to Ada-1, Banshee-44, and Ada-1. These items can be difficult to find, and are often from years past. Each item (whether it’s armor or weaponry) costs only 1,000 Glimmer and 50 Legendary Shards.

Xur’s Legendary inventory this week consists of the following:

• Survivor’s Epitaph, Kinetic hand cannon

Xur’s items drop at a power level similar to that of your character.

Tractor Cannon

Tractor CannonThis is an Exotic shotgun. This exotic perk is included. Repulsor ForceThe weapon will fire powerful pulses which push enemies away and suppress their abilities. This makes them more vulnerable to damage. This secondary perk is also available. Scientific Method, makes damaging opponents temporarily increase the weapon’s stats.

Tractor Cannon It is both powerful in PvP as well as PvE. This can kill Guardians and help you melt your boss. It’s also great for soloing difficult content, if you’re into that. If you don’t have this one yet, this is the perfect opportunity to pick it up.

Lucky Pants

Lucky PantsEbb and flow depend on the quality of hand cannons. The Exotic PerkUnlawfully Modified HolsterIncreases damage when you aim a full-loaded Kinetic hand gun or one that matches your current Subclass Elements. Each hit causes more damage. This perk increases handling, readiness, and stow speeds for hand cannons. These can be quite potent in certain hand cannon-centric builds, but they’re obviously very situational.

Xur’s roll this week comes with 67 total stats.

Peacekeepers

For submachine gun enthusiasts, peacekeepers are ideal. This is an exotic perk. Mecha HolsterIt will allow you instantly to prepare submachine guns and reload them when they are stored. At best, this is acceptable. These are pants for those who love submachine gun and can carry one, or more of them around. If not, you’ll probably just want to pick these up for your Collection.

Aeon Soul

Aeon Soul Get a pair Warlock gauntlets Curse for Osiris. This Exotics have been reworked to work like the Aeon Swift For Hunters or Aeon Safe Titans. The Aeon Soul doesn’t actually have an Exotic perk. All players can apply powerful, unique modsthey do their best to assist them and their allies.

These mods come with an extra mod slot and are completely free. They’ll provide bonuses like faster reload for yourself when you get precision hits. They’ll also confer bonuses to your allies, like giving bonus energy when you stun a Champion. You have three options to select from. Each mod has its own effect for both you and your friends. Mods work for all Aeon Exotic. They are strong enough to handle difficult groups activities such as Grandmaster Nightfalls.

Exotic Cipher quest

Beginning in Beyond LightXur is now searching for the Exotic Cipher. You can buy Exotics at the Monuments to Lost Light kiosk located in Tower with the Exotic Cipher. You’ll need these items and some other currencies to pick up Exotics like Heir Apparent and Truth.

This week, Xur is asking you to take 21 Strikes and win Crucible or Gambit matches. By finishing the quest, you’ll earn an Exotic Cipher to use however you want.
