Destiny 2 and Fortnite and crossing over with each other

The 2022 year Destiny 2Bungie announced a cross-over event at Showcase Fortnite. Destiny 2You will receive a few in-game skins that were inspired by FortniteWhile Fortnite You’ll be able to boogie down, and Kamehameha will become some legendary Destiny characters. Bungie revealed that there will be a crossover. Ultimate Knockout for Fall GuysHere are some Destiny characters performing in battle royale.

Three FortniteArmor sets inspired by the arts will be available Destiny 2’s real-money Eververse store — one for each class. Titans will receive armor that is based upon the Black Knight. Warlocks and Hunters alike will be given armor based off Drift. Hunters will also get armor that is based onto Oblivion. The skins will become available in Destiny 2 at the beginning of Season of Plunder.

Fortnite players can now purchase skins inspired by Commander Zavala or Ikora. Fans can also purchase Destiny-inspired pickaxes and gliders. Fortnite will feature a creator map that is based on Javelin-4’s Crucible map. Fans can also jump into the legendary Destiny space to battle it out.

It Fortnite-cross-Destiny 2Event leaked this weekend and fans were able to see the three Destiny armor sets in their early stages. Additional details are available Destiny 2: LightfallSeason of Plunder, and Season of Plunder were discovered by Destiny fans early on. This made it one of the leakedest Destiny events that Destiny fans had ever seen.

Although rumored and never confirmed, one reveal was made. Ultimate Knockout for Fall Guys crossover. The goofy platformer will get some skins based on the game’s original Warlock, Titan, and Hunter armor. Sadly, Destiny 2 won’t be getting any Fall Guys-inspired skins.

It is the first time that Destiny gamers have ever seen this in-game collaboration. Last year, Bungie replicated some items inspired by its own history — weapons and armor from MarathonHalo, and Myth. But, Bungie as well as Guardians are not used to partnering with other studios. But with Sony’s acquisition of the Destiny developer, it seems likely that these crossovers won’t be the last Guardians see.
