Dead by Daylight’s next chapter A Murder of Crows stars a terrifying artist

New chapters are coming! Daylight is the last day of daylightThis proves that the pen really is more powerful than the blade. Each chapter of the previous two chapters, Season of the Witch, and Hellraiser introduced one character. Portrait of a Murder is the next chapter. It will feature one Killer per player and one Survivor.

You will find a variety of surreal architecture on the new map, as well as tons of crows. The Forsaken Boneyard is set in the Chilean desert, and it’s the home to our newest Killer.

Carmina Mora is known as The Artist. Everywhere she goes, the Artist is joined by a murderous band of crows. They once saved her own life. The Killer is more compassionate than the Artist. After the crows saved her, she was inspired. Once a street artist, she worked hard to expose corruption in the area. But she soon made too many enemies. She ended up being thrown into a graveyard without a tongue nor hands. Mora was brought into the Realm by the Entity, the evil antagonist who is behind much of the game’s lore. She now serves as one its Killers.

Jonah Vasquez (a Mexican-American CIA codebreaker) has been haunted by a string of numbers all his life. During one of his CIA investigations, those numbers appeared and he tracked them down to the Forsaken Boneyard. Now, he’s in the Entity’s Realm, and his main job is to not perish at the hands of all the Killers.

Daylight is the last day of daylightThe Epic Games Store will receive the game. All content, including all previous editions of DLC will be available on Epic Games Store when the game launches in December. There will be cross-platform play and progression between Steam and Epic, so veterans don’t have to worry about leaving their account behind.

Portrait of a Murder should be available in November. The exact release date, however, is yet to be decided.
