Crash Team Rumble Gets June Release Date, Beta Next Month

Activision revealed today that Crash Team Rumble is the multiplayer 4v4 game announced at The Game Awards last January, and will be released in June.

Crash Team Rumble is coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on June 20, according to reports by Video Games Chronicle. Activision announced that it will host a closed beta from April 20 to April 24, and everyone who orders the game will have access. The beta will include Crash Bandicoot and Coco Bandicoot as well as Tawna Bandicoot and Doctor Neo Cortex.

While the game’s price will be $29.99 you can also purchase a Deluxe Edition for $39.99. Crash Team Rumble includes a battle pass, and both editions come with the first season’s Pass. A Season 2 battle pack will be available in the Deluxe Edition. This gives you a free 25-tier boost to Season 1 and also includes the digital protopack. It adds some “Blocky”, skins, as well as equippable equipment to the game. VGC

Today’s previews mention the three roles of Crash Team Rumble. They are Booster (or Blocker), Scorer (or Scorer). These three roles will be used in MOBA style to help players collect the most Wumpa Fruit possible to bring to their zones. This is the place to go if you have played Pokemon Unite 2021.

Crossplay will be a feature of Crash Team Rumble. Toys for Bob developed it, which is the same company that created the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy line and Crash Bandicoot 4; It’s About Time.
