Classic flight sims F-15 Strike Eagle, Solo Flight come to Steam

F-15 Strike Eagle, Solo FlightSteam will republish three classic flight simulator games, including this one. Atari publisher and MicroProse developer announced Thursday that they have three new bundles, which include many of the classic flight simulation titles of the early days.

First released in 1984 for Atari’s 8-bit video game console, F-15 Strike Eagle Sid Meier created this iconic combat flight simulator game. Civilization. The performance of these titles on current-day hardware was not disclosed. The announcement was accompanied by a collection of newly-revised box art, of which we’ve included a sample in the gallery below. But, since these are digital-only releases, there aren’t any boxes to speak of.
