Check out Criterion’s 50% off sale on DVDs, Blu-rays, and collections

Criterion will be having a huge, one-day sales on all films it currently has. It ends Wednesday morning, U.S. East coast. You can find the Criterion collection on DVDs, Blurays and multi-disc copies of many of Hollywood’s most beloved and significant films. If you’re a film buff, or you’re close to someone who considers themselves to be one, this is a event that you’ll probably want to check out.

It is a vast collection and hundreds of movies are included in this Criterion Collection. It wouldn’t be a good service to you to attempt to list all of the eligible movies. The list is too long. Instead, I asked my Polygon colleagues to recommend the ones that they liked.

Take NoteThe 4K UHD Blurays can only be played in compatible Bluray players. Although these discs are compatible with the Xbox Series X, Xbox One X and PS5, Wirecutter states that they have some limitations. Through their respective Blu-ray players, the Xbox Series X and One X can’t provide Dolby Atmos sound, while the PS5 can’t do either Dolby Atmos sound or Dolby Vision HDR.
