Call of Duty: Vanguard season 1 starts in Dec. with a new Warzone map

Vanguard calls for duty is almost here, but the game’s impact on the free-to-play The Call to Duty WarzoneYou are a little farther away. Warzone will be updated for Duty Call’s trip back to World War II — including getting a new name, Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific — on Dec. 2, Activision announced Thursday.

The start of Call of Duty’s new season will kick off the start of Warzone PacificThis will take the battle royale gaming back to its second World War roots. The biggest new update with the new season will be the addition of Caldera, the game’s newest map, which is set somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Verdansk is the new map’s size. Warzone’s existing map, but we won’t know the details until Raven Software begins to reveal them in late November.

Warzone Pacific: The Call of Duty will also include the game’s reworked arsenal, which will feature WWII-era weapons from Vanguard As well Warzone’s existing weapons. Another major addition to battle royale, Ricochet is a new anti-cheat program. Raven Software believes Ricochet will reduce cheating by creating a kernel-level security mechanism.

Warzone PacificAs the original, it will be available for free and continue to support cross-play as well as cross-progression. Warzone Players with a player’s own Vanguard: Call of DutyCaldera can be played for 24 hours only before WarzoneIt is only available to players who are registered.

Vanguard: Call of Duty’s first season will include tons of content for its own multiplayer on top of what’s coming to WarzoneYou can find it here. You will find new gear and weapons as well as new zombies. There are also three new multiplayer maps.

Raven Software will be celebrating Verdansk’s final moments with an exclusive send-off event, which will likely destroy the island.

Vanguard launches on Nov. 5, while its first season won’t start until nearly a month later on Dec. 2 in both Vanguard Warzone
