Call of Duty: Vanguard File Size Could Be Up To 50% Smaller Than Previous Releases

Call of Duty: Vanguard is smaller than the previous Call of Duty releases. If you pay attention, you’ll hear millions of hard drives all over the globe giddy with excitement at the new news.

Vanguard’s launch install Sie will significantly reduce the cost of hard drives worldwide. On-demand texture streaming technology expected to reduce storage space on the next-generation consoles and computers by as much as 30% to 50% 

Vanguard will be 30% smaller than the previous versions. If it is 50% or more, this means Vanguard can save at least 60GB. Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War on PlayStation 5 was 220GB. Warzone is included in this launch, while Vanguard also launches with popular battle royale. This time, Vanguard features a Pacific-themed map.  

Call of Duty is known for taking up huge amounts of storage on both PCs and consoles. Any space that can be saved by players is an advantage. We hope Activision’s new on-demand texture streaming technology will be even more effective in the future. 

Vanguard will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 4 as well as Xbox One and PC, November 5.
