Call Of Duty Endowment Celebrates Helping 100k Veterans With Re-release Of The Defender Pack For Call Of Duty: Warzone
The C.O.R.E. is a highly-requested package of items. Defender Pack returns to Call of Duty: Warzone, in honor of the Call of Duty Endowment’s landmark achievement in helping vets find employment outside of their military careers.
The Call of Duty blog announced that the ambitious goal of placing 100,000 vets in good-paying jobs had been achieved two years before schedule. Activision Blizzard pledged $30 million more to the Call of Duty Endowment to mark the occasion. On top of that, it’s re-releasing the C.O.R.E. It will be limited-time available as a Defender Pack for Call of Duty Warzone.
Available now, the Defender Pack is highly sought-after by players. It can be used in Call of Duty: Warzone as well as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. All net proceeds of sales of the item package will be donated to the Call of Duty Endowment. You can still purchase the Defender Pack until $2 million has been raised.

Call of Duty Endowment was a non-profit that was established in 2009 in order to assist veterans who have left the military with jobs. The CoD blog post describes what the organization does for the military community, saying, “The Call of Duty Endowment identifies and funds the most efficient and effective organizations that get unemployed veterans back to work. The Endowment works with grantees in order to offer a range of support and advice that maximizes impact. Activision Blizzard donated more than $62 Million to the endowment to date. This amount is believed to be worth “an estimate $5.6 Billion” for veterans in the US and UK.
