Battle Crush Coming To Switch, Beta Announced For October

NCSoft revealed that Battle Crush, their upcoming brawler battle royale, will also be available on Nintendo Switch. This is in addition the previous known release for PCs and smartphones. On top of that, the company revealed that all versions will receive a closed beta test next month, complete with crossplay.

Battle Crush is a game where players select a character to fight against 30 other players while the earth collapses all around them. Players must carefully plan their strategies and placements due to the ever-increasing waves of enemies. Calixers – the names of player characters – are influenced by a range mythological figures. Battle Crush’s primary mode is Battle Royale, but it also includes Brawl Mode, in which a player selects up to three Calixers for them to battle on a small map, and Build Up, a mode that pits two players against each other over a series of five best-of-5 matches.

Sign up to take part in the closed beta of Battle Crush, scheduled for October 23-30, on Switch, PC and Android. Battle Crush will launch spring 2024.
