Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts Part 1 | Super Replay

Super Replay returns, and we’re checking out Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts! We invite you to join us. Friday on Twitch at 1 p.m. Central We will be continuing the story each week, until the credits roll.

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts was released for the Xbox 360 on November 11, 2008. The third (and, so far, final) entry in Rare’s beloved platforming series centers on vehicle creation, where players collect and slap together hundreds of parts to assemble their own wacky contraptions to explore. The sheer number of combinations, and the emphasis placed on creativity and player choice at the time was unprecedented. It paved the way for games like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. However, this direction would divide fans due to how much it strays from the traditional Banjo formula. So where will I land on it? Find out.

Marcus Stewart will be exploring one of Xbox 360’s most hidden gems with Kyle Hilliard to find out if the game holds up well or is a poorly built doohickey.
