Award Winning Undead Horde 2: Necropolis Arising on Xbox

Greetings to all necromancers, and candidates for necromancers. I’m Sampo Töyssy from 10tons, and I’m thrilled to announce that Undead Horde 2S!|S and Xbox One! We’re excited to bring our necromantic RPG-hack’n’slash-RTS hybrid to Xbox.

As you win battles, your army grows stronger and so does your city. In essence Undead Horde 2 is an action game with elements from RPG, strategy and hack’n’slash.

It is important to note that the creation of Undead Horde 2 was an interesting journey for us: It’s a sequel but on the other hand we were able to improve and even change many things. Most players have said that the sequel was better in many aspects than the original game, which is very pleasing to hear. We’ve tried staying true to the spirit of the original game, while simultaneously expanding its universe and refining the elements that made the first game so captivating.

You can now choose the type of undead that you want to raise, instead of having your entire horde mimic the enemy. Players have a greater degree of control and immersion over undead servants. It was not only our goal to produce a new game, but also to transform the franchise to a dynamic, engaging and captivating experience. We hope we’ve succeeded in our goal.

There is also an announcement to make: Undead Horde 2It was awarded the Big Screen Game of the Year in the Finnish Game Awards! The award was a nice surprise for us, since we didn’t think our sequel would stand a chance.
