Ubisoft will host a Ubisoft Forward event on September 10th at Noon P.T./3:00 p.m. ET, which has been previously advertised as the event where we’ll learn more about the future of Assassin’s Creed and more. Assassin’s Creed Mirage is expected to be the highlight of this show. However, we might also learn about Assassin’s Creed Infinity (Ubisoft’s in development Assassin’s Creed online-service platform). It’s possible that we will also learn about non-Assassins Creed game.
According to rumors, Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be set in Baghdad. Basim (a key character in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla) will play the role of protagonist. According to leaks, he is not an assassin in Mirage but a thief, who discovers the Hidden Ones. This order would later be known as the Assassin’s Order. Rumours claim that the game feels less like the open-world, sprawling RPGs of recent years and is more modernized.
