Arcade1Up Announces Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 Cabinet With Eight Games, Wi-Fi Play

Arcade1Up finally gives Arcade1Up a makeover to one of the greatest fighting games ever made. The latest arcade game from the replica arcade cabinet manufacturer is Marvel vs. Capcom 2. It’s a legendary crossover event that dates back to 2000. 

Marvel vs. Capcom 2, which features 56 characters from Marvel’s and Capcoms extensive character catalogs, is a 3v3 combat game that combines both Marvel and Capcom’s best. The Arcade1Up version offers an arcade-like experience with a replica cabinet. It also allows for online play using Wi-Fi. 

Arcade1Up provides more than the games on its marquee, as it does with many of its cabinets. The full list below shows eight of Marvel’s classic titles included in the cabinet.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is largely unobtainable since 2013. Home digital versions have been delisted, and prices for physical copies have soared. Arcade1Up’s Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 cabinet is available for preorders beginning September 8. Orders will ship a few weeks later, in October.
