Anime Awards 2023 nominations include Spy x Family and Attack on Titan

Crunchyroll announces the nominees of the 2023 Anime Awards. A handful of high-profile titles dominate the list. Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2., Demon Slayer’s latest season, and Cyberpunk: EdgerunnersEach received 13 nominations. Ranking of the King(Cour 2) won 15. All four series however were beaten by 16 nominations from Spy X Family.

They were nominated in nearly every category that they could, and even took up four of the five spots for Anime of the Year. This year’s fifth addition to the prestigious list is Lycoris ReoilA solid seven nominations were received for the title of “The Greatest”

The voting period for The Anime Awards remains open. Voting will continue through Jan. 25, at 8 p.m. ET. All the winners of the Anime Awards will be revealed on March 4.
