An Insight on Your Computer Might Be at Risk, out Now on Xbox and Windows

I am Sergio Escanciano, who together with Arturo Casado and with support of Natalia Pérez, form Tenebris Studio. After many months of porting, management and other work, we are happy to announce the launch of Tenebris Studio. It’s possible that your computer is at riskToday, the game is available on Windows PC and Xbox. It is an important milestone, since this is our self-published first console and first video game.

The game has been updated to include a final chapter, one year after the original PC launch. La Rata EscarlataThis is my best version of gameplay mechanics, and the story.

Technically, we’ve worked to make sure the game is running at a steady 60 frames per second on every Xbox console, and that 4K support will be available starting with Xbox One X.

As a small studio, we’ve both been involved in most aspects of the game-development process. I was primarily responsible for the script and the design of the game. This article will focus on the overall tone and the way the plot and the gameplay combine to guide the player through a crescendo experience.

It’s possible that your computer is at riskThe game’s theme is the weight that comes with bad choices and their unavoidable consequences. There are certain things you cannot undo, so accepting them may not be an option.

We don’t have a main position in game development, but we work on it as a hobby. It took us several years to complete the project, which was longer than expected. In writing the script, I was inspired by the feeling of lost direction and the need to stay true to the past while facing unexpected situations. The story will be so engaging that I believe players will get swept away by all the puzzles and events.

In terms of art, the game takes the “Giallo” film genre (murder/mystery/fiction) as its main source of inspiration, with a strong use of vivid colors and a soundtrack full of classic synths and drum sounds.

The player, locked up in a dark room following a mysterious car crash, is presented with tasks and puzzles that are created by his captors and directly linked to the development and story. These moments are accompanied by quieter narrative scenes that help players to stay in touch with emotions felt throughout the entire game.

The mundane beginnings of the story become more bizarre as the plot progresses.

The puzzles of the game cover different spectrums of the genre, from logical and self-contained to ones that evolve in subsequent chapters or require the use of an object in the player’s inventory. While I believe that some of the puzzles require players to use their deductive abilities, we’ve tried to accommodate all levels of player comfort with an even difficulty curve, and with a hint mode which is totally optional.

The game has a colorblind option to make it more accessible. This will allow for more people to enjoy playing the game. In this mode, not only are the color schemes adapted to the most common types of colorblindness but some of the puzzles have been redesigned with more colors. The new features of the game are worth mentioning: La Rata Escarlata.. Accessible from the main menu, this final and independent chapter takes place in a new location not seen in the main game: the bar in the middle of the desert “La Rata Escarlata”.

This chapter explores the origins of the game’s story and contains the most elaborate puzzles. Although it can still be enjoyed as a standalone, it is best to wait until the end of the game in order to understand everything that happens. You can watch the trailer here. This game contains a special chapter called “La Rata Escarlata”. The last chapter is a look at the beginnings of the tale and includes new puzzles that are interconnected in an entirely new setting.
