How to defeat hunts
You may not require help with the C-rank bounty, but you will need it for the A-rank or S-rank ones.
These tips will make hunting a bit easier.
- Be sure to save before you enter the location. Many of the famous marks are powerful, especially the S-ranks. They can even kill you within two hits. If you do end up dying, you’ll have to respawn at the closest obelisk, which in most cases is You can also find out more about us on our website.Save your game just before the fight. You can save your game just before the battle, and then go back to the saved file rather than making the trip.
- Bring your best equipment.Blackthorne is the Hideaway’s blacksmith. Visit him to create the best equipment and weapons you can. You’ll want to increase your damage output and defenses as high as you can before taking on the more difficult notorious marks.
- Potions are a good investment. Head to Charon’s shop and fill up your inventory with items. You can pick up elixirs and potions or anything else you want, just make sure that you are prepared for battle.
- Improve your skills. Use any extra ability points to upgrade your existing abilities in the menu. It is always a good idea to increase your damage output. If you don’t like the upgraded ability, you can refund any of your upgrades at no cost whenever you want.
- Repeat the process. You will be tested by some of the harder hunts, as your enemies can take out half your health with one blow. There is no penalty for dying. If you know you’re going to die, focus on learning the enemy’s moveset to head into the next battle with a better game plan.
