A Look At Surviving Little Devil Inside’s World

Today’s PlayStation State of Play showcase ended with Neostream Interactive’s quirky action-adventure game Little Devil Inside. Watch the trailer below.

You’ll be set in Victorian times and sent out into the wild to complete research assignments for a professor at university. However, Little Devil Within’s creatures and beasts are much more bizarre than what you see in the real world. Many of these are even supernatural. We were shown in the video a look at what it is like to travel on such journeys. It includes a narration train ride as well as traveling all over the map. To learn more about your mission, you’ll meet residents in towns and talk to them. Billy, the name given by the narrator, encounters all kinds of dangers like an octopus-infested indoor pool and a mechanical contraption that chases him through a tunnel. To survive in the wild, Billy will have to fish, cook, and struggle through blizzards. 

Little Devil Inside is the last-year’s PlayStation Future of Games stream’s indie winner. But its story goes much deeper. Neostream pitched Little Devil Inside originally as a Kickstarter project. It raised more than $230,000 for the game and also set a stretch goal of releasing it on Wii U. Although years have passed, there has been no official release date. 

Little Devil Inside will be available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox One.
