Apex Legends trailer shows Mad Maggie’s passive, tactical, and ultimate

Mad Maggie is the newest Apex Game legend. Apex Legends in sNext week will see the launch of eason 12. She’s a relentless fighter, much more than a big mouth and a middle finger, and those deadly battlefield capabilities got a more detailed look in a trailer Respawn Entertainment posted Thursday morning.

Maggie’s passive ability, “Warlord’s Ire,” means she moves at unarmed speed when she has a shotgun equipped. She also uses her passive to highlight enemies that she has damaged so other teammates can redirect their fire and complete the task.

Wrecking Ball is her ultimate. This rolling, fast-paced, and hilarious game allows Maggie to keep up. The Riot Drill is her most terrifying and deadly tactical tool. This looks like an automated facehugger. It bores through the cover and will unleash some sort of acid attack against anyone behind the wall.

You can expect all kinds of outré emotes and Kiwi slang as Maggie chews through the battle royale too. Mad Maggie is now part of the ensemble. Apex Legends when season 12 launches Feb. 8 on all platforms — Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Playstation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. Season 12 will introduce a new battlepass and a different game type: Control. In this mode, two teams battle to control and capture points on the battle Royale map.
