EA Sports Announces UFC 5, Full Reveal Coming In September
Electronic Arts officially announces EA Sports UFC 5 as its latest game. EA Sports made the announcement of the fifth version during International Fight Week, the UFC’s marquee event. Although no other details than the logo were released, it is known that we will see a complete reveal in September.
EA Sports UFC 5 is the first entry in the series since its introduction. EA Sports UFC games were released every two years since the 2014 debut of the series. UFC 2 was launched in 2016, UFC 3 came in 2018, UFC 4 is coming in 2020. EA Vancouver has developed the series in the past, and that is what we expect with the upcoming entry. However, EA has not confirmed this.
EA Sports UFC 4 launched on August 14, 2020, and introduced various customization options, as well as new grappling and takedown physics, plus a more fleshed-out single-player career mode. EA Sports also updated its roster regularly, adding new fighters in every update since the launch. The latest free update featured Jack Della Maddalena Erin Blanchfield and Brandon Royval.
