Bokeh Game Studio Shows Early Slitterhead Footage

Keiichiro toyama, creator of Silent Hill opened Bokeh Games Studio in the year 2020. The studio was created for the development of a horror game. The Game Awards 2020 revealed Slitterhead. Thanks to a new development diary released today, we can peek at more early-development gameplay in action.

Most of the video focuses on the developers working on Slitterhead, with a particular look at user tests and gameplay feedback. The diary also contains new Slitterhead clips, including clips from a Chinese neon city and a training room.

Take a look for yourself

Slitterhead, the debut title of the studio is still grotesque. A character uses guns and claws similar to Wolverine in order to attack his enemies. Below is the playable dog.

In 2020, the studio said its debut horror game would be released in 2023. The team has not yet confirmed whether they still plan to release the game this year. The gameplay today looks like it was developed in 2024.
