Critical Role to publish two new RPG systems and a deckbuilding game

The announcement marks a departure for the actual play troupe, which has largely spent its time performing and publishing works based on Dungeons & Dragons. An official video was released on YouTube Thursday to announce the news.

The most intriguing of these three products is the one called Illuminated worldsStras Alderman and Layla Ascimovic created. Ascimovic, an experienced game developer at Off Guard Games whose titles have been well received include The Well-Respected BYou can also find out more about the following: of Blades and Scum and villainy. They both use Forged in Dark Ruleset. This is a license version of popular Blades in DarkJohn Harper’s game

In a press release Illuminated worlds uses “a d6 dice pool and is designed for much shorter, arc-driven campaigns and flexible enough to be used with any type of setting.”

Queen by Midnight Kyle Shire has developed a brand new battle royale deck-building game. From today’s news release:

The Midnight King is dead.
