Studio Ghibli’s colorful Blu-ray steelbooks are discounted at Amazon

You could rent one of Studio Ghibli’s movies online or watch them on HBO Max. But I’ve realized that I’m a sucker for these steelbook Blu-ray versions of Studio Ghibli films that came out in 2020 via GKids. They are also a good deal cheaper than the usual Amazon price, at around $17 (or less in certain cases).

Naturally, they are for movies. They include standard definition Blu-ray copy and HD Blu-ray copies. There is also a booklet and other special features within every steelbook. But I’m swooning over the steelbooks themselves, with their simple, single-toned designs. They’d look fantastic lined up on a shelf.

Unfortunately, Studio Ghibli movies have not received the vibrant steelbook Blu-ray treatment. However, its most well-known films have.
