Dune-meets-Destiny action RPG Atlas Fallen gets May release date

The SurgeAnd Lords of the FallenDeck13 Interactive has revealed its next game Atlas Fallen, last summer during Gamescom Opening Night Live. A cinematic trailer featuring the role-playing fantasy game, Fantasy Action Role-Playing Game was shown for the first time. It featured Destiny-style superpowered combat against huge beasts. Strong hints were made to Monster Hunter and Dune. The YouTube premiere Atlas FallenThis video was quite popular and received 2.4 millions views.

Atlas Fallen now has a release date, and it’s soon — it’ll be on consoles and PC on May 16, publisher Focus Entertainment announced Wednesday.

That release date is a little surprising, given how little we’ve seen of Atlas FallenThis is the only trailer so far. Last August’s PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X trailers showed less than 10 seconds gameplay. But a “spectacular gameplay trailer” is coming soon, Focus Entertainment says.

Although the game is often overlooked, Tears of the Kingdom: Zelda’s LegendThe Nintendo Switch will get the newest version of ‘The Assassins Creed’ on May 12th. Atlas Fallen The release plan seems a bit counter-programming as the game will be available on competing platforms.

Focus and Deck13 showed Atlas Fallen gameplay in action in a hands-off, behind-closed-doors capacity at last year’s Gamescom convention, so there’s clearly more to it. These are the only screenshots we have of the game at this point. Take a look at the gallery to see more of sandy co-op action and monster-slaying fun.
