Images Of What Might Be A Tears Of The Kingdom Switch Model Appear Online

Pictures of what seems to be an exclusive The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Switch OLED unit have surfaced online. It’s not known if it’s a genuine console, or just a fake. 

It is a good news story. Video Games ChronicleAccording to, images of the console were uploaded by Kysen on last night’s Famiiboard Forum. While the user has not provided any information about the possible special edition Switch but the images are convincing as can be seen in the below photos. The images include pictures of the box, packaging and Joy-Con.

This model of the Switch appears to be real, as can be seen. Although elaborate, well-done counterfeits of the Switch have been made before, it’s impossible to know for sure if this model is genuine until more details are available. This wouldn’t surprise anyone considering Nintendo releases special edition OLED models in response to big releases such as this year’s Splatoon 3, and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. 

Switch will be getting The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom on May 12, so we might not know if the special OLED model in this edition is actually real until then. Check out this list of 2022’s biggest games, which has been delayed until 2023.
