Invoke the Might of the Pyre in the Latest Paladins Update

The latest update allows you to invoke the Might of the Pyre PaladinsThe fantasy-based, free-to-play shooter that puts you in the role of a Champion of the Realm.

Azaan feels the walls starting to fall apart since defending the Realm against Yagorath. And there is always something more. In preparation for this threat, Azaan summoned the Dawnforge – a base of operations and munitions factory harnessing the wrathful power of the sun to forge an army of willing Pyre soldiers. Under Azaan’s watchful command, the Dawnforge stands poised to stop any invasive threat or even destroy the Realm to stop it from falling into the wrong hands…

A brand new map has been added to this latest update Paladins world: Dawnforge. The Dawnforge is a formidable fortress built for the Pyre and serves as both a sanctuary for their forces and a point of attack for the Realm. With its intricate passageways and marble walls, the Dawnforge map offers new levels of interaction to the players. It also includes environmental elements that can alter the game.

You can find many hazards on the map for players to take advantage of (or be aware of).), as Dawnforge level designer Shakti Das explains: “Map interactivity was something sorely missing from Paladins and with our timeline we thought this was a great opportunity to experiment. After some testing on an initial blockout – where the forge was just two floors with a giant hole in the middle – environment art discussed adding something that could move between both floors. That’s where I prototyped the hammer and tested it across various movement directions and speeds. The Orb, on the other hand, was introduced in the map’s initial concept art, and I thought of it being a giant Capture Point hazard due to its overwhelming presence.” 

The Dawnforge Map is now available with the Chaos Rising Event Pass. This update invites players to enjoy the chaos as they play 24 levels of it. Over 20 rewards are available, including The Harlequin Raum and Eternal Emissary Tyra skins. There is also an alternate version. You will also find plenty of sprays, avatars, or other outrageous cosmetics included.

Also included in this update are the Skull and Bones Caspian Skins for Lovestruck Kasumi, Skull and Bones Caspian Skins for Draconian Huntress Ash Skins and new Limited Time Mods. You can now command the power and rawness of the Pyre with the Dawnforge Map, or get lost in the chaos caused by the Chaos Rising Event Pass. PaladinsXbox One, Xbox Series X|S.
