It Takes Two Releases On Switch On November 4

It Takes Two by Electronic Arts and Hazelight launches on Switch, November 4. This touching adventure was first released in 2021 for PC and PlayStation consoles. Game Informer gave it a 9.25 rating and the Game of the year award at The Game Awards 2021.

It Takes Two cannot be played in a cooperative manner. The game can be played either on one Switch using splitscreen, or on two Switches by local wireless.

My Xbox One review stated that “It Takes Two” may not be as powerful as it claims to be. However, it makes up for this with its large heart and wealth of variety. All of its individual actions are things we’ve done in other games, but when applied to this distinct cooperative approach, they take on a whole new life and are used in wonderful ways over a long adventure. The action will have you laughing and screaming at your TV, and the story stays strong throughout, creating the backbone for an entertaining adventure that roars with excitement and should keep you glued to the controller to see if this couple’s lost love can be rekindled.”
