Legends of Runeterra’s roadmap shows oodles more Darkin, 2023 content
Riot’s card game Legends of Runeterra has been experimenting lately with a multi-chapter story and the game’s first exclusive champion. They both arrived with the latest release. Awakening from The Darkin Saga, This uses its brand new cards to tell a tale about the stirring civil war that broke out between Darkin’s corrupted members.
Riot published a Twitter map on Thursday that shows the next steps. AwakeningFans will be able to expect at least two additional chapters on the Darkin as well as other fascinating additions.
Summer is over. The Darkin Saga will begin!

October is a time for celebration Domination: The Darkin SagaThis will bring three new champions into the game as well as PvE content and an Arclight Event. In the Darkin and Arclight Skins section, there are 2 Darkin. League of LegendsIt seems that either Varus, or Aatrox might be the champions of this chapter in the saga.
November will be focused on the game’s world championship esports tournament, and so players can expect balance patches in anticipation of the regional qualifiers and final tournament.
Three new champions will be added to the Darkin Saga in December. The Corrupted Event will also be included. AwakeningThe story will go on. In the first part of the Corrupted event, we saw some of Mount Targon’s most powerful aspects fall to the duplicitous Darkin Xolaani; that story will likely conclude here.
In today’s roadmap, Riot also provided a small preview of things to come in 2023, including more exclusive champions like the brand new Norra, more expansions, and more ways to play, including set rotations for more varied metagames.
