Secret Neighbor’s Paranormal Amusement Park Update is out Now for Xbox Series X|S & Xbox One

School’s out, summer break is in full swing, and it’s time to get your game on!

It Secret NeighborOur team is happy to share a whole new series of midsummer fun with you. Paranormal Amusement Park Update. This new feature includes a Neighbor class map, graphic updates, emotes hidden treasures, and a map. Here’s everything you need to know about it.

You are now in the multiplayer horror video game Hello Neighbor universe. You are a member of the Neighborhood Rescue Squad, a group of kids who will stop at nothing to rescue their friend Nicky Roth from their Neighbor’s creepy clutches. But, there are always dangers, because one of your trusted teams is the Neighbor disguised.

Is it True That They Are Funnel Cakes?

It can be a little too stuffy to remain indoors now that the weather is turning warmer. So let’s take a trip outside the Neighborhood and explore the now (in)famous abandoned Golden Apple Amusement Park in a brand new map.

New Amusement Park maps feature a vast open-air area. Due to this, it’s vastly different from all previous maps in both looks and layout from what you may have experienced before. Also, this map features the 4th keycard with matching door. This map has a number of new features, aside from its layout and location.

As a nod towards the original Hello NeighborThe Golden Apple Amusement Park will be the first place where tomato plants make their appearance. Grab one from the passer-by and throw it at your attackers to stop them. Perhaps you have lost your flashlight and need an emergency powerup. New vending machines could give you an edge over your enemy when you need it most…for a price.

You are going ghost, your neighbor!

As if the park wasn’t scary enough on its own at night, recently there have been reports of paranormal activity spotted in the area. Could it be the Neighbor’s doing? There is only one way to discover! Keep a keen eye out for flickering lights and glowing blue ectoplasm and if you feel a chill go up your spine, it’s time to run.

The Ghost Neighbor is here! The Ghost Neighbor is a ghost-like entity that has the ability to temporarily turn off all lights in close vicinity. This phantom menace has a weakness to light as it prevents changing back into his more corporeal form to grab you, so it’s now more important than ever to keep your trusty flashlight on you at all times. To help you avoid his clutches, light switches were added to each map.

Some treasures are not made of silver and gold

Perhaps you have seen some new areas on the lobby screen. If you’re new to the Neighborhood, or just feeling a bit rusty you can brush up on the basics with the brand new Tutorial Rooms. Learn how to use in-game objects and play through an overview. You may also learn more about single player tutorials that include character-specific challenges. Don’t forget to check out the abilities of the new Ghost Neighbor class before starting a match!

Participating in in-game team events allows you to earn and display treasures in the Treasure Room. We won’t give up all our secrets but there are currently four hidden events available, the newest of which involves a ghastly incident buried right in the amusement park. To get to the bottom of it you’ll need to scour every nook and cranny across multiple maps. Solving this mystery will take the whole Neighborhood Rescue Squad and maybe even some help from an…unlikely source? To find friends or match-make in Discord, if you are struggling to find team members for this challenge, we have the solution!

Updates are incomplete without new, stylish skins. While the circus might have closed, there may be still lions on the big top. Stop by the shop to check out the latest products!
