Cursed to Golf, Sea of Stars, and other new PlayStation indie game trailers

Sony showed several trailers for indie titles coming soon to PlayStation 3 consoles. There’s a wealth of great games and genuine surprises here, including EncryptionComing to PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5. The majority of the games will be released this year.

Here’s a look at all seven of the PlayStation indie titles highlighted.

Encryption

EncryptionAfter receiving critical praise in 2021, the game is now coming to consoles. A unique blend of interactive storytelling, found footage, card game mechanics, and escape room puzzle-solving, the PlayStation release of Daniel Mullins’ roguelike deck-building horror game will include atmospheric lighting and audio, and haptic feedback.

Sea of Stars

Sea of StarsThe game is a turn-based RPG that was inspired by Final Fantasy and has a modern twist. Players take on the role of two “Children of the Solstice,” who combine their respective sun and moon-based powers to perform deadly Eclipse Magic to vanquish the monstrous creations of an evil alchemist known as The Fleshmancer.

Sea of StarsIt will arrive on PS4 & PS5 by 2023

SCHiM

SCHiM It is a 3D platforming game that allows players to control a frog like creature while they move through modern cities by jumping from one shadow to the next.

Cult of the Lamb

Cult of the LambThis is an action-roguelike dungeon creeper in which players play the role of The Lamb, a leader of cults and the harbinger of doom. They hack and slash through random dungeons looking for new followers and the resources they need to create their cult.

Cult of the LambIt will arrive on PS4 & PS5 August 11.

Signalis

SignalisSurvival horror action in horror set in dystopian sci fi world. The game requires players to find hidden facilities, fight terrifying creatures and solve a mystery of horror.

SignalisOn October 27, it will be available for PS4

The Tomorrow Children: Phoenix Edition

Original release on PS4 in 2016, as a free-to play game. Tomorrow ChildrenIt is an interactive simulation of resource management and building towns. The game requires players to rebuild society, and then explore the Void post-apocalyptic utopia.

The Tomorrow Children: Phoenix EditionPS5 will get it on September 6.
