Disney Plus just premiered Ms. Marvel One month following a six-episode critically-acclaimed run, the 8th of June was the official launch date Moon Knight.

Wonder Man (real name Simon Williams) first made his debut in Avengers #9 August 1964. Baron Zemo recruited the character to join the Masters of Evil, an early supervillain group. Zemo gave Williams “ionic energy” powers that include superhuman strength, stamina, and invulnerability, and flight through the use of a jetpack. He turned hero soon after his brief affiliation with Zemo’s group.

Wonder Man’s identity is publicly known; Williams is fabulously wealthy, and he supplements his lifestyle by working as a Hollywood stuntman. They both seem to be areas that a TV series would cover.

Between the mid-60s and the late 70s, Wonder Woman was mostly forgotten. Stan Lee (Marvel Comics Publisher) implied that DC Comics had threatened legal action over Wonder Woman’s copyright confusion. Wonder Man returned to the Avengers and formed the West Coast Avengers in 1984 with Hawkeye.
