Valorant’s new map Pearl takes place in an underwater city, will release with Episode 5

Valorant’s next season is coming with a massive new addition: a new map. Riot Games released the map called Pearl on Thursday along with a trailer. The map is set to arrive with the game’s Episode 5: Dimension, which should begin sometime during the week of June 20.

Pearl, an underwater map is the first in its class. Valorant. Trailer welcomes us into a holiday called Sanctuary Day. A Portuguese voiceover tells the story about Kingdom Industries, which built a bubble to protect an underwater city from climate catastrophe. The map gives us a glimpse at some locations, such as what seems to be a cafe.
