Smite launches Slipknot crossover with skins of all the band members
Pop culture is a growing phenomenon. Many video games now feature icons from popular media like Netflix and hit movies. Captain Jack Sparrow’s in Sea of ThievesAriana Grande and Sasuke fight it out FortniteSlipknot will be coming to your city, Smite Part of a group of skins.
Smite is a third-person battle arena game, à la League of LegendsThe cast includes champions from various pantheons as well as Gods. Characters like Morgan le Fay, Cthulhu and Jormungandr can get in a fight during a typical match. Now, three of those Gods (Poseidon, Chaac, and Raijin) will be able to roll up to the match in lovingly detailed skins of Slipknot’s band members. Poseidon gets some sweet cosplay of Sid Wilson, Corey Taylor, and Craig Jones; Chaac has skins of Mick Thomson, Jim Root, and Alessandro Venturella, and Raijin gets to dress up as Michael Pfaff, Shawn “Clown” Crahan, and Jay Weinberg.
