Lego Debuts Awesome New Star Wars Dioramas

April looks like it will all be about brick building in an alien galaxy. Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be available on nearly every platform. Shortly after, Lego plans to release three new dioramas that are inspired by the scenes in the original trilogy.

Star Wars enthusiasts have bought Lego cars and sets for decades that allow them to set up specific scenes. The new series is focused on those moments. It recreates the trash compactor scene and Luke Skywalker’s Dagobah training, as well as the Death Star trench run. The sets are more about the visual details that make these moments stand out. They allow for some interaction with the characters, like the trash compactor closing on them.

Each set will release April 26. Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama sells at $79.99, and contains exactly 1000 pieces. Death Star Run Diorama retails for $59.99. It contains 665 pieces. Death Star Trash Compactor diorama costs $89.99 and contains 802 pieces. Dianoga’s head is included in this set along with six minifigures.

All three sets can be viewed in the gallery. Which Lego moment is next?
