Godfall: Ultimate Edition And Exalted Update Launch April 7

PlayStation 5 launch title Godfall is making a comeback in the form of an Ultimate Edition, which brings it to Xbox and Steam for the first time.

Godfall: Ultimate Edition arrives on April 7, bundling the multiplayer action RPG with its Fire & Darkness expansion, the Primal, Lightbringer, upcoming Exalted updates, and the Ascended edition plus pre-order bonuses. The Xbox version offers exclusive features such as variable refresh rates and Dolby Vision HDR for HDR, which allows players to instantly jump to level 50. 

The launch of Exalted’s new update is also April 7, as previously stated. This free content update, also available for the base Godfall version, brings a wide range of new features. A new six-player cooperative Spirit Realms mode allows players to work with each other to defeat enemies and collect Elder Souls that can unlock an entire suite of bosses. The Exalted Tower of Trials is another addition that allows players to face strong foes up to level 150 and earn unique weapons. • Weapons now have new timing techniques and new skills for knockdown recovery
• For increased customization, there are four unlockable shards that can be used to customize Valorplates
• Campaign elements like Ravenna or Soras joining Orin for some story missions, and an increase in Macros presence
• You can challenge Realm bosses whenever the story permits. This removes the Sigil mechanic. Realm bosses now have three captains, which, after defeat, make it easier to overthrow them.
• New loadout menu, which allows you to save up three custom builds per Valorplate.

Godfall: Ultimate Edition will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series 5/S and PlayStation 4. Xbox One and PC are also available. While it will cost $39.99 to purchase, the game launches for $29.99 via Xbox and Steam. Read our review of Godfall’s original launch edition here.
