Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga To Get Mandalorian, Rogue One Characters, And More As DLC

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is due out on April 5, and today, TT Games revealed some of the launch-day DLC that will be available in the game’s Character Collection. 

The Character Collection is essentially the game’s Season Pass, and it will consist of seven DLC packs. They will include packs that are themed around the first season of Season One. Mandalorian, Solo: A Star Wars StoryThe Classic Characters pack, as well as the Trooper packs. The first is, as you would expect. MandalorianAccording to reports, this package will contain the Mandalorian (Cara Dune), Greef Karga and IG-11 as well as Kuill. Eurogamer. Grogu, aka Baby Yoda, will also come with this pack, but unfortunately, he won’t be a playable character (but he will be a very cute following character). 

As noted by Eurogamer, Cara Dune’s inclusion in the character pack is an odd one, considering we likely won’t ever be seeing that character in the actual Disney Plus show ever again, at least as portrayed by actress Gina Carano. After posting numerous social media posts that were seen as anti-Semitic and transphobic, she was dismissed from the series. Companies attached after Carano was fired. MandalorianFunko and Hasbro canceled plans to make Cara Dune toys and accessories. She is still in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. 

The Solo-inspired pack will include that movie’s versions of Han, Chewie, and Lando (you’ll find their older counterparts in the game as well). Plus, it includes Qi’ra, Tobias Beckett, and Enfys Nest. Classic Character packs, by contrast, include Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. EurogamerNote that customers who buy early access packs at select retailers will receive these characters upon launch. Otherwise, these packs will be available to anyone who’s purchased the Character Collection on April 19. 

That same day, they also announced the Star Wars Story: Rogue OneThe pack includes K-2SO and Jyn Erso characters. The Season 2 Pack of Star Wars Day (aka May 4) will be available. MandalorianThe following will be available: Boba Fett and Moff Gideon will live as well as Bo Katan. Bad Batch pack. 

Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 as well as Xbox One, Switch, Switch, Switch, PC, and PlayStation 5 starting April 5.
