Jordan Peele’s Nope Super Bowl trailer teases an alien invasion horror movie

Our first look is finally here NopeThe latest horror tale from You must get outJordan Peele, director. The trailer, which debuted in advance of the Super Bowl on Sunday, is definitely creepy but it also keeps the movie’s plot a mystery aside from a few little hints.

Daniel Kaluuya (You must get out) and Keke Palmer (HustlersThe starred as Hollywood trainers that specialize in horses. They have a problem.

“What’s a Bad miracle? Do they have a word for that?” Kaluuya’s character wonders aloud, before Peele unloads a string of wild images — perturbed horses, UFO-like crafts, a woman with burned skin, a creature’s creepy hand, a motorcyclist looking like an extra from Daft Punk’s Electroma — that don’t totally add up to anything clear, but hit had. There are Third Kind: Close Encounters SignsThe trailer has a lot of positive vibes, but Peele knows that the film may not have anything to do with alien invasions in the final.

Nope is Peele’s first movie since 2019’s Contact Us, and the director’s third movie overall. Kaluuya, Palmer are also included. Nope Steven Yeun, who will star as the lead actor (The art of burningTerry Notary (a gymnast, frequent motion capture performer and ).

Nope The film will be available in theatres from July 22.
