To access it, you’ll need to discover the Tarm Point CaveYou can find it on the Lodrum HeadlandThe peninsula is located on the easternmost side of Lanayru. This is the location of the cave. (4476,-0829, 0053). Here’s a helpful map pointing to the cave location:

Once you find the cave entrance, drop down and you’ll find a cavern slowly filling and draining with water as the tide rolls in and out. At the far end of this cave, you will find the shrine.

It is important to use the stalagmites as a way to gain stamina while you are moving across. You should be able reach the shrine as soon as you start taking your time.
