Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will include the alien Klaud, fans discover

Star Wars Jedi: The SurvivorSome fan favorites characters will be brought back from the predecessor. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen OrderRespawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts released a trailer on Monday that focused on the game’s story. But the game will do more than just give Cal Kestis’ buddies Merrin and Greez Ditzus some more screen time in the sequel, it will also apparently bring back… Klaud.

Klaud is the alien mechanic who was teleported in limbless form. Star Wars: Rising of Skywalker, whom Dominic Monaghan hugs in the film’s post-climax celebration scene. Klaud fans spotted him — or one of his Trodatome brethren — tucked away in a Jedi: Survivor ad that’s been running on Snapchat recently. It’s true? The Klaud? Yes. Is it possible that the alien is another one, other than Klaud? It could also be Klaud. Look, let’s just agree that this guy and all guys in the Star Wars universe who look like him are named Klaud.

Klaud’s appearance as a background character in an advertisement was big news over the last week. However, Klaud made a brief appearance in the background. Star Wars Jedi: The SurvivorThis teased the release a month earlier. In the following video promoting pre-orders of Survivor, we see Cal Kestis beating up a Super Battle Droid while wearing Obi-Wan Kenobi’s gear. Klaud is hidden behind the light-saber-on droid fighting.

Klaud: What’s the future? Jedi: Survivor? That’s unclear, because Klaud’s role in Rise of the SkywalkerMostly, he’s just a set-dresser and comic relief. Ostensibly, he’s a mechanic, but it’s not clear HowKlaud can fix things. Klaud fixes things. His sensor antennae is supposed to be capable of detecting malfunctioning items, however, he has only two flippers for his feet.
