Naraka: Bladepoint’s New Campaign Mode, Showdown, Arrives August 5

In this mode players have the option to compete in three-player teams (trios), which replicates the thrilling battle royale combat. As ferocious enemy attack and surround players, they will put them up against many challenges. Trios must work in tandem to survive as the difficulty increases.

There will be four heroes available to teams at launch: Kurumi and Tarka, Valda and Viper. Each player will receive a melee or ranged weapon that is unique to them, which allows players to utilize a multitude of abilities in order to defeat the many enemies on the map.

The Showdown ends with an epic boss fight, when the teams take on Omni, the formidable boss who orchestrated the chaos and evil that has befallen players to this point.

Showdown is a game that rewards progress. Players are rewarded with every success in the new game mode. You can upgrade your character and get new gear. This will allow you to unlock more skills. As each hero builds their strength and skills, teams can progress toward tackling higher difficulties — and earning significantly more impactful rewards as they do so.
