PSA: New PlayStation Plus Tiers Available Today, Upgrading Converts To Yearly Plan Automatically
After a release in Asian markets last month, the overhaul of PlayStation Plus is available today in North and South America. We have everything you need about upgrading your plan.
You can now choose from three different tiers that offer more games, features and trials. They are available in one-month and three-month and twelve-month subscriptions. Brief descriptions of what you get in each tier can be found below.

It is easy to upgrade, but you will need to pay a fee for the extra or premium plans. To do so, go to your PS+ tab on your PlayStation console. The upgrade option will be available there. The PS5 showed the tiers and the amount it would take to upgrade the rest of the month. Most users should be happy with a few dollars. It will notify you about your next payment date when you upgrade and will also tell you how much it is going to charge for the full year.. Don’t panic. It is possible to modify your subscription type.
How to Change your Subscription Type from Yearly to Monthly
Although there are many ways to get your subscription settings, this is the best. Go to the Settings menu for your PlayStation console, select Users and Accounts > Accounts > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions. You will see your PS+ subscription. After you enter your subscription information, you will be able to change your plan.

You can choose to change your PlayStation Plus tier by selecting Change Plan. Selecting one of the options will take you to a new screen, where you can finally choose how long you want to subscribe on a recurring basis.

After you lock in the subscription time frame and tier you want, you will be able to take advantage of all benefits. And you can relax knowing that there won’t any unexpected charges next month.
